With 32 years experience in culinary arts, Thomas is undoubtedly a bonus to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Having studied under the tutelage of Europe’s finest Chefs, (namely Peter Wehlauer) the creative menu designer has earned a reputation of having consistently pleased some of Europe’s finer palettes.

Specializing in Mediterranean to Vegetarian dishes that will knock your socks off, Thomas always adds two ingredients to his dishes that fail in most others’ cooking. Love and Care.

Carrot-Beet Soup
topped with green pepper yogurt

Ravioli of Salmon on a white Tomato-Sauce

Rack of lamb in a crust of herbs and mustard, thyme sauce, roasted potatoes and gingered beans on the side.

For our Vegetarian Friends:

Leaves of Savoy cabbage filled with fine cubed vegetables at sauce of lime and mango.

Dessert:

Figs with port wine- ricotta and sweet mint basil pesto.
